Deals displayed on LocalDealz are provided by third-party merchants. LocalDealz is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or availability of deals. All deals are subject to:

• The merchant's own terms and conditions
• Availability and may expire or be modified without notice
• Stock availability and merchant discretion
• Redemption requirements as specified by the merchant

6. Merchant Relationships

LocalDealz acts as a platform connecting users with merchants. We are not a party to any transaction between users and merchants. Any disputes regarding deals, products, or services should be resolved directly with the merchant.

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LocalDealz and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our express written permission.

8. User Content

You retain rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the service. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content in connection with the service.

9. Location Services

Our service uses location data to provide you with relevant local deals. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disable location services at any time through your device settings.
